Custom extrusion rail was used for vacume and boost lines

Electric water pump and fitings

Big thanks to Rohan from Extreme Rotaries for the water pump kit .Its all mounted and ready to cool the engine,Haltech ecu will controle the water pump and fans.














Construction of the 4 inch exhaust

Over the easter break we started on the stainless steel exhaust with help from Nick,Trevor and Dave
from Gt Auto supplied the Huge magnaflow stainless steel rear muffler



Down pipe is ready to wrap with Thermal velocity Magmashield heat wrap

Intercooler mounted

Intercooler mounted,with 3 1/2 inch aluminium mandrel bends.All the fuel lines are also in and ready for the 6-1600cc injectors. Thanks to Dave from Gt auto garage for all the engine bay fabrication
